I am a Mechanical Engineering grad student who has been about to graduate for a year now.

In my spare time, I am also a wannabe drummer and entrepreneur.

the9project was started sometime in 2007, mainly because I was getting more interested in web design and development, and I thought it was time to have my own space on the internet where I could try out stuff.

There has never been a specific purpose for the site. Though at times, it was supposed to be the replacement of ‘the blog of ages’, my blog on journalspace.com (before their server blew up, burnt down or something), but that never stuck.

Oh, and its called the9project because my birthday is on the 9th, it may at some time point to an actual project (but probably not), and I like the number 9 in general (I also like /’s and |’s).
